  • Fully refundable fares will be processed back to the original payment method after approval.
  • Partially refundable or non-refundable bookings are subject to supplier penalties.

3. Processing Timeframe

Once a refund is approved by the third-party supplier, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Service fees and processing charges collected by NextTrip Tours LLC are non-refundable.
  • Convenience fees and taxes that are already remitted to government or supplier entities may be non-refundable based on local laws.

5. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for "no-show" situations where the traveler fails to utilize the booked service without prior notification to both NextTrip Tours LLC and the service provider.
