All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone through our official support channels. We recommend a written request via email to ensure a clear record of the timeframe.

2. Supplier-Based Policy

Cancellation terms vary significantly depending on the hotel, cruise line, or service provider involved. We adhere strictly to the rules set by these third-party suppliers.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Supplier penalties (hotels, car rentals, etc.) may apply and are deducted from any potential refund.
  • NextTrip Tours LLC service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

4. Timing of Cancellation

Early cancellations are more likely to be eligible for partial refunds. Conversely, last-minute cancellations usually result in higher penalties or the total loss of the booking amount as per supplier rules.

5. Last-Minute Cancellations

Bookings canceled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled travel time are generally non-refundable across most service categories.

6. Emergency Situations

Cancellations due to medical reasons or other emergencies are subject to supplier approval only. We will assist in presenting your case to the supplier, but we cannot guarantee a waiver of penalties.

7. Refund After Cancellation

Eligible refunds resulting from a cancellation will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, usually within 7–14 business days after supplier approval.
